Estate Planning

We confer with our client and other advisors, such as accountants and financial consultants, to craft an estate plan and then draft the appropriate instruments such as a Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney or Trust Agreement to accomplish the client's intent.    We also handle the probate process before the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County.
